We begin processing orders immediately to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact our support team at info@shopquick.online within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to make changes.

Currently, we ship across Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. We are working on expanding to more regions soon.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on the way.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49. For orders below that amount, flat shipping rate of CAD 2.99 will be charged.

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
