Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders immediately to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact our support team at info@shopquick.online within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to make changes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to follow your package in real-time. You can also track your order on Track Your Order.
Do you offer order updates or status notifications?
Yes! You’ll receive email updates at each stage of your order, including when it’s processed, shipped, and out for delivery.

What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we ship across Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. We are working on expanding to more regions soon.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on the way.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49. For orders below that amount, flat shipping rate of CAD 2.99 will be charged.
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
